Everyone knows something about human systems dynamics. Anyone who succeeds in business or society knows how to interact with complex human systems.  They are able to see patterns, make sense of them, and choose.
Human Systems Dynamics (HSD) helps you see, understand, and influence the patterns of interaction and decision making that shape your world. Over the past few months we have been exploring a set of four principles that help you understand change in the complexity of human systems. These principles use the essence of HSD to offer options for understanding and taking action as you navigate change in complex systems.
HSD releases the power and possibility that lie at the heart of your human systems.  When you work and play, in your public and private lives, individually or with a group, you interact with others to make meaning and take action.  You couldn’t live without these complex interactions, even if you wanted to, but why would you want to?
